VP of Automotive Sales
Full-time · Remote (National)
High-level, national player/coach sales role responsible for managing and generating leads in the Automotive category. You'll use SDS and labeling services as a wedge to open doors, then expand into compliance projects and partner-enabled growth.
Responsibilities
- →Own and grow the Automotive / Car Care vertical nationally
- →Identify and engage GMs and sales leaders at car care and detailing product companies
- →Use SDS/labeling as an entry point, expanding into full compliance engagements
- →Build and manage a pipeline across Amazon, retail, and distributor channels
- →Collaborate with the compliance team to scope projects and deliver proposals
- →Represent Compounded Compliance at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in chemical products, automotive aftermarket, or related industries
- Experience selling to GMs, sales leaders, or operations decision-makers
- Comfortable with a land-and-expand sales motion
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, autonomous environment
- Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn) SDS and labeling compliance
Project Manager
Full-time · Remote
Manage compliance projects from intake to delivery. Coordinate between clients and our compliance team to ensure clear scoping, on-time delivery, and quality output across SDS, labeling, and regulatory support engagements.
Responsibilities
- →Manage multiple concurrent compliance projects across industries
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during active engagements
- →Coordinate with compliance specialists to scope work and set timelines
- →Track deliverables, deadlines, and client communications
- →Identify opportunities to expand client relationships into retainer arrangements
- →Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
- 3+ years in project management, preferably in professional services or compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing client relationships and expectations
- Experience with chemical products or regulatory compliance is a plus
